The Healthcare Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) is federal legislation held as the national standard for protecting the privacy of your health information. The International Strategic Cancer Alliance (ISCA) is dedicated to protecting our client's privacy.

In addition, ISCA executes a special HIPAA agreement with our referral doctors to specify that we do not receive any referral fees from the doctors or other experts we may refer you  to.

The International Strategic Cancer Alliance maintains a HIPAA compliant, secure, electronic database for its client’s medical records assuring your healthcare information is private.

Authorization for Release of Information

In order to maintain our client's privacy, ISCA will not release personal health information without receiving prior authorization from you in writing.  Please contact the ISCA for an authorization form.
